The Anti-Corrosion Engineering Technology Professional Committee held the second meeting on standard preparation in Hefei on February 21, 2025. The meeting was held in a combination of online and offline methods. There were 16 units and 28 representatives attending the meeting, including 12 units and 23 representatives attending the offline meeting.

Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of the organizer of this meeting. Lu Shiping, director of the Anti-Corrosion Engineering Technology Professional Committee, put forward requirements for this meeting. Zhou Xianhui of Wuxi Huadong Zindn Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the preparation of the first draft of the group standard. Hou Ruigang, deputy director of the Anti-Corrosion Engineering Technology Professional Committee, presided over the discussion of the first draft of the group standard. The members of the preparation team discussed the contents of the first draft of the group standard one by one, put forward suggestions for revising the first draft, clarified the next work schedule, and reached a consensus at the meeting.
The successful convening of this meeting marks a step forward in the formulation of three important group standards for graphene zinc. The introduction of these standards will help unify the technical specifications within the industry, improve product quality, and promote the healthy development of the industry. As an advanced anti-corrosion technology, graphene zinc has a wide range of applications, covering steel structures, petrochemical equipment, and other fields. With the continuous improvement of industry standards, it is expected that this technology will be promoted and applied in more fields in the future.

The zinc powder utilization rate exceeds 80%, and it is salt spray resistant for more than 3000 hours. It has physical shielding properties and cathodic protection properties that far exceed those of zinc-rich coatings.

The theoretical coating rate of 100μm film thickness reaches 3.1㎡/kg, which saves more than 15% of the amount used compared with epoxy zinc-rich paint.

Excellent Mechanical Properties
The damage range of the weld seam is ≤2cm, which greatly reduces the damage rate during transportation and assembly.

The surface pretreatment requirements are low, the adhesion is 8~25MPa, and the graphene and zinc powder are stably dispersed without agglomeration.
