Primer
Description
General-purpose high-penetration epoxy primer is a two-component epoxy primer with high solid content and medium viscosity, which is made by our company through advanced technology by using imported 828 resin or 128 resin, mixed with high boiling point environment-friendly solvents, BYK additives and special primer curing agent of American Cardolite Company and other raw materials.
Features
The product has: environmental protection, low odor, excellent sealing and adhesion, good penetration and sealing to ordinary concrete, and can strengthen the base surface hardness and provide excellent adhesion.

Application Instructions
Mixing: mix two packs according to the proportion and then mix evenly.
Application method: Rolling, spraying, brushing, scraping
Reference dosage: 0.05-0.3kg/m2
Application conditions: The moisture content of the substrate should be less than 8%, the relative humidity of the air should be less than 75%, and the construction should be avoided on rainy days or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is higher than 80%, or when the temperature is below 0℃.
Storage: Store sealed in a cool and ventilated place, protected from moisture and sunlight.

Mid Coat
Product Introduction
Made of imported epoxy resin, highly efficient surface additives, high-quality color filler, imported curing agent, and other raw materials through an advanced production process. It is a low VOC, environmentally friendly, high bond strength, low viscosity, and high-performance color-adjustable epoxy flow medium coating material.
Features
Eco-friendly, low odor, low viscosity, large sanding ratio, good leveling, strength, and excellent color retention.
Product Application
It can be used as epoxy mortar with no more than 30% of quartz sand, or epoxy putty with no more than 20% of quartz powder, which can be used for leveling the base surface or preparing into a pressure-bearing layer. Use JSYL-DP200 to prepare the middle layer, which can effectively improve the hardness and flatness of the ground, make the color match with the top coat, improve the covering power of the top coat layer, and reduce the amount of the top coat.

Application Instructions
Mixing: Mix the A material first, then pour the A and B components into the mixing barrel proportionally and then mix evenly with an electric mixer (electric: mixing time not less than 1min, manual: mixing time not less than 2min, pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surface).
Application method: directly on the base surface after the construction of the primer, can be scraped, or troweled.
Film thickness:
Add 100~120 mesh quartz sand 30%, scrape once 0.30~0.40kg/m2, film thickness is about 0.3mm.
Add 30% of 80~100 mesh quartz sand, and scrape once 0.50~0.60kg/m2, film thickness is about 0.5mm.
Add more than 300 mesh quartz powder 20%, trowel once 0.10~0.20kg/m2.
Direct construction, trowel once 0.7~1.0kg/m2, the film thickness is about 0.6~0.8mm.
Application conditions: The relative humidity of air is less than 80%, avoid construction when the relative humidity is higher than 85% or the temperature is below 0℃.
Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, fireproof, moisture-proof, and sun-proof.

Description

Application Instructions
Mixing: Pour the A and B components into the mixing barrel according to the proportion and mix evenly (electric: mixing time not less than 1min, manual: mixing time not less than 2min, pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surface).
Construction method: The construction can be carried out directly on the completely cured base surface of the medium coating, and it is recommended to use a trowel to directly scrape the construction.
Film thickness: 0.60-0.80kg/m2 (2mm trowel), 1.00-1.20kg/m2 (3mm trowel).
Construction conditions: The relative humidity of air is less than 70%, avoid construction when the relative humidity is higher than 75% or the temperature is below 5℃.
Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, fireproof, moisture-proof, and sun-proof.
