Product Description
A two-component water-based environmentally friendly epoxy intermediate paint/antirust paint composed of water-based epoxy resin, water, flake pigment filler, additives and water-soluble amine curing agent.
Product Features
Due to the large amount of flake mica iron oxide, it forms a "labyrinth" effect in the paint film, so the coating film has excellent shielding and corrosion resistance.
It has excellent adhesion performance, good adhesion to the primer and various topcoats, and can enhance the overall protective performance of the coating. Low VOC content, less odor, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
Product Use
It can be used as an intermediate layer and sealing coating for high-performance anti-rust paints such as water-based epoxy zinc-rich primers and water-based inorganic zinc-rich primers to enhance the shielding and protective properties of the whole coating; it can be used as an anti-rust primer for steel structures; it can be used as an anti-corrosion intermediate coating for surface shielding of concrete and other structures; and it can be used as a maintenance pre-coat for old coatings, as long as compatibility permits.
