ZD2570 inorganic zinc rich primer
The invention discloses a two-component solvent-based self-curing inorganic zinc-rich primer;
Comply with HG/T3668 Type I class 2 regulations. Dry film metal zinc content ≥70%.
Performance Characteristics:
Excellent cathodic protection against rust;
Excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance and wear resistance; In dry environment, long-term temperature resistance up to 400℃, resistance to occasional short-term high temperature up to 500℃;
Excellent chemical resistance in medium with pH value of 6-9;
It is a weldable primer.

Design use: Used as a high performance anti-rust primer for steel structure in atmospheric environment;
As a single coating, it can be used on steel surfaces exposed to moderate to severe corrosive environments and prone to wear.
It can be used as the interior wall of a cabin or storage tank for carrying low-moisture oils or solvents and approved dry goods.
