ZD6100 solvent-free epoxy zinc rich primer
The invention relates to a two-component solvent-free heavy anticorrosive epoxy zinc-rich primer composed of liquid epoxy resin, zinc powder, active diluent, auxiliary agent and amine curing agent. The dry film metal zinc content is ≥75%.
Performance Characteristics:
The paint film has excellent anti-rust properties.
Can provide cathodic protection for local damaged areas;

Product Description: A two-component solvent-free heavy anticorrosive epoxy zinc-rich primer composed of liquid epoxy resin, zinc powder, active diluent, auxiliary agent and amine curing agent. The dry film metal zinc content is ≥75%. Main features: The paint film has excellent anti-rust properties.

Design use: As a primer, it is used for the bare steel surface cleaned by jet in medium to severe corrosive environment, such as steel structure, bridge, port machinery, offshore platform, construction machinery, storage tank and pipeline, power facilities, etc., and the use of high-performance paint can further improve the corrosion resistance of the coating;
Can be used on approved retained zinc-rich workshop primer surfaces;
Can be used to repair damaged areas of galvanized parts or zinc silicate primer coating;
Maintenance can only be used on the surface of the surface treated to bare steel to play its cathodic protection and rust prevention.
