Leading the development of bridge corrosion protection and creating a Chinese brand- National Bridge Academic Conference was successfully held in Zhuhai, Guangdong

From March 31 to April 2, 2023, the "2022 National Bridge Academic Conference of China Highway Society Branch of Bridge and Structural Engineering and the Ninth Second Council Meeting of the Branch" was successfully held in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.

The conference was jointly organized by the Bridge and Structural Engineering Branch of China Highway Society, Guangdong Transportation Group Co, Guangdong Provincial Highway Society and Guangdong Provincial Highway Construction Co. The theme of the conference was "Intelligent Construction and Maintenance of Long Bridges and Modern Management", and invited many guests, bridge industry experts, equipment manufacturers, and scholarly paper authors.

The conference showcased the tremendous achievements of bridge construction in China in recent years. ZINDN was invited by the conference organizers to bring two technical products, ZINDN Cold Galvanizing Compound and Graphene Zinc Coating, to discuss and communicate with the conference participants on the issue of bridge corrosion protection.

Double protection effect of cathodic protection + barrier protection, salt spray resistance up to more than 5000h, easily achieve more than 25 years long-term anti-corrosion.

2. Strong adhesion
The specially developed fusion agent technology solves the adhesion problem of high zinc powder content (over 96% of dry film zinc). 4% mass fraction of fusion agent can firmly bond 24 times its weight of zinc powder and make the zinc powder bond with the substrate, with an adhesion force of 5-10 MPa.

3. Good compatibility
It can be used as a single layer or as a two- or three-layer system with sealer, top coat, zinc-aluminum coating, etc., to meet customers' needs for long-lasting protection and beautiful decoration.

4. The coating of weld seam does not crack and does not fall off
Solve the pain point of the industry that cold galvanizing coating is easy to crack and fall off at the weld seam, and the construction quality is guaranteed.

5. Convenient construction
One-component, can be rolled, brushed, air sprayed or airless sprayed. No sinking, no gun blocking or pump blocking, easy to construct.

6. High-cost performance
Compared with hot-dip galvanizing and thermal sprayed Zinc, it is environmentally friendly, low cost, and easy to maintain. Compared with epoxy zinc-rich paint, the interval between maintenance and recoating is long, and the whole life cycle of the steel structure has low anti-corrosion cost.
