Recommended use

It is widely used in railway, highway and bridge, wind power, port machinery and so on. It can replace thermal spraying zinc and inorganic zinc-rich antiskid coating.

Application Instructions

Application methods:
Airless spray /air spray/brush/roller
Brush and roller coating are only recommended for stripe coat, small area coating or touch up.
Substrate and surface treatment
Steel: blast cleaned to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1) or minimum SSPC SP-6, blasting profile Rz40μm~75μm (ISO8503-1) or power tool cleaned to minimum ISO-St3.0/SSPC SP3
Touch up of galvanized surface
Thoroughly remove grease on the surface by the cleaning agent, clean off salt and other dirt through high-pressure fresh water, use a power tool to polish the area of rust or mill scale, and then apply with ZINDN.

Application & curing conditions

1.Pot life: unlimited
2.Application environment temperature: -5℃- 50℃
3.Relative air humidity: ≤95%
4.Substrate temperature during application and curing should be at least 3℃ above dew point
5.Outdoor application is prohibited in severe weather such as rain, fog, snow, strong wind and heavy dust
6.The temperature is high in summer, be careful with dry spraying, and keep ventilated during application and drying periods in the narrow spaces

Preceding & Consequent coat

Preceding coat:Spray directly on the surface of steel or hot-dip galvanized or hot-sprayed steel with the surface treatment of Sa2.5 or St3.
Consequent coat:ZD Sealer( intermediate coat)、ZD metal sealer(silver topcoat)、ZD Zinc- Aluminum topcoat, ZD Aliphatic Polyurethane , ZD Fluorocarbon, ZD Acrylic polysiloxane ....etc.

Storage:Must be stored in accordance with local governmental regulations. The storage environment must be dry, cool, well-ventilated and away from heat and fire sources.
