ZD6310-Z10000 is a two-component high-solid heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating composed of special modified resin, pure thin graphene, zinc powder, inorganic filler, solvent, additives, etc.
As a primer, it is used for bare steel surfaces that have been blast-cleaned in moderate to severe corrosive environments, such as steel structures, bridges, port machinery, offshore platforms, engineering machinery, storage tanks and pipelines, power facilities, etc. It can be used in conjunction with high-performance paints to further improve the corrosion resistance.
It can be used on approved zinc-rich shop primer surfaces;
It can be used to repair damaged areas of galvanized parts or zinc silicate primer coatings;

Preceding coat: Spray directly on steel surfaces with surface preparation reaching Sa2.5 or St3 level or approved workshop primer surface.
Consequent coat:
2 coats: graphene zinc +Epoxy/Polyurethane/Fluorocarbon topcoat
3 coats: graphene zinc +Midcoat MIO+Polyurethane/Fluorocarbon topcoat
