  • Inorganic Zinc Silicate ZH06-6 is a two-component,self-curing ethyl silicate prefabrication primer is designed for automatic spray application and is especially suitable for places requiring welding (inert gas shielded welding) and gas cutting.

    As a shop primer for the short to medium term protection of blast cleaned steel plates and other steel structures during storage, assembly and construction.

    Applications

     

    Note:

    This product can only be applied to bare steel substrates that have been well blast cleaned to white. It cannot be overcoated after drying.

    If the inorganic zinc silicate shop primer needs to be repaired, please use a suitable organic zinc-rich primer.

    Before applying the next coat of paint, the inorganic zinc silicate shop primer must be completely cured, otherwise it will affect adhesion.
