ZINDN Anti-slip Cold Galvanizing Compound ZD2520-Z01N is a two-component, solvent-based self-curing inorganic zinc-rich anti-skid and anti-rust primer; it meets the requirements of anti-skid friction surface coatings in JT/T 722, with a dry film metallic zinc content of ≥70%.
Suitable for anti-skid friction surfaces of bridges.

· High metallic zinc powder contained and has excellent cathodic protection and anti-rust effects.

· In a dry environment, it can withstand long-term temperatures of up to 400°C and occasional short-term high temperatures of up to 500°C.

Preceding coat
It can only be applied to bare steel substrates that have been well blast cleaned to a white finish.
Consequent coat
Mist coat epoxy sealer or other approved epoxy paint.
Applications
Application notes:
· This product can only be applied to the surface of bare steel substrate that has been well spray-cleaned to white, and cannot be overcoated after drying.
· If the Anti-slip Cold Galvanizing Compound needs to be repaired, please use a suitable organic zinc-rich primer.
· Before applying the next coat, Anti-slip Cold Galvanizing Compound must be completely cured, otherwise it will affect the adhesion.
· During the application, attention should be paid to frequent stirring to prevent the zinc powder from settling.
