ZINDN Sealer ZH53-6 is a two-component epoxy intermediate paint composed of modified epoxy resin, mica iron oxide anti-rust pigment and amine curing agent, specially used for sealing Zindn cold galvanizing compound (ZINDN96).
It can be used as the consequent coat of Zindn cold galvanizing compound(ZINDN96), and can also be used as the intermediate layer and sealing coating of high-performance anti-rust paints such as epoxy zinc-rich primer and inorganic zinc-rich primer to enhance the barrier and protective properties of the entire coating system.

Applications
Application Note:
When apply on ZD cold galvanizing compound (ZINDN96) and inorganic zinc-rich (zinc silicate) primer, mist coat is recommended for the first coat, dry for more than two hours, and then spray to the specified film thickness.
When curing at low temperature (below 10°C), the paint needs to be fully mixed and keep induction time 30 minutes before use.
Because this product contains mica iron oxide pigment, it is exposed to the outside for a long time, and the rough surface may have impurities, which should be thoroughly cleaned before applying the topcoat. During the painting process, or shortly after painting, the surface is subjected to water vapor condensation and sudden cooling, which will make the surface white and sticky and the adhesion with consequent paint deteriorate.
