Silver Zinc Rich ZD83-02 is a single-component heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating composed of a fusing agent, zinc powder, aluminum silver paste, solvent, etc., with a silver-white metallic effect.
It is suitable for long-term anti-corrosion coating of steel structures. It can be used as a single coating or as a topcoat compatible with Zindn cold galvanizing compound (ZINDN96). It can also be used for the touch up and maintenance of galvanized components. It is the best material to replace or repair hot-spray zinc and hot-dip galvanizing layers.

· The combination of special zinc powder and coated flaky aluminum powder has good metal effect; the flaky aluminum powder is arranged in parallel in the coating film, which can prevent the intrusion of moisture, ultraviolet rays, etc. into the coating film.

Silver-rich zinc must be sprayed & completed in one time, and repair spraying or repainting should be avoided as much as possible, otherwise the color difference of the part may be caused due to inconsistent arrangement of aluminum powder.
